This includes the provision of specialized facilities management services covering building upkeep, cleanliness, operational coordination, and overall facilities support to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and comfort for residents and occupants.

2) Facilities Management – Cleaning & Landscape refers to the provision of comprehensive cleaning and landscape maintenance services to ensure a clean, hygienic, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This includes routine cleaning of buildings and common areas, waste management, and upkeep of landscape elements such as lawns, plants, and outdoor spaces to support a safe, comfortable, and conducive environment for occupants and visitors.

3) Construction & Project Management (CPM) refers to the comprehensive planning, coordination, and supervision of construction, upgrading, and development projects to ensure they are delivered efficiently, within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes project planning, contractor coordination, site supervision, cost control, and compliance monitoring to support the development and enhancement of facilities within the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia ecosystem and other managed properties.
