This Personal Data Notice is issued in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. During your dealings with UKM REAL ESTATE SDN. BHD. - Compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.

- Vacant possession, key handover, property management, customer care, defect rectification.
- Post vacant possession services like club house, security, loyalty programs.
